Guardian Program

At Grason Doodles, we are passionate about our pets.

They need the comfort, care, and connection that comes from a loving family. Realistically, we can not keep every dog we love in our home.  Our  Guardian Home Program is  a simple partnership between Grason Doodles and local families who want to own a wonderful pet and support ethical breeding practices.

Young adults or adolescent pups who have shown excellent temperaments and passed preliminary health testing are matched with suitable local Guardian Homes. They live with the Guardians as members of their family, only visiting Grason Doodles when it's time to mate and whelp. We arrange the honeymoons, deliver the puppies, and provide all the puppy care. When the pups have weaned and are ready to go to their forever homes (approximately 8 weeks), the Mamas return to their Guardian Homes.  Between litters, Guardian Homes provide the typical training, vet care, food, and affection every pet deserves. Grason Doodles covers all expenses pertaining to reproduction. 

Guardian Homes receive a modest bonus based on the size of the litter.

When they retire from the breeding program,

the Guardian Homes become Forever Homes.
